Shore Catch is pleased to offer the highest quality of octopus. We have sources that include fresh octopus fisherman directly, and as a frozen by-catch from cray fishing in Geraldton. We know the octopus has been looked after at all times, and can guarantee its quality.
We process the fresh octopus as either whole (head off), half or individual tentacles (200g). Price is by weight on a per kilogram basis. It is vacuum sealed and snap frozen.
The cray boat bycatch is slightly defrosted and processed into 0.5kg and 1lg lots, vacuum sealed and immediately re-frozen. It is a less costly item, but still of very high quality.
